Competition Terms & Conditions Win Paris
- THE PROMOTER AND COMPETITION
The promoter is Runderwear™ (the “Promoter”), Suite 3, The Yard, 13 Loch Road, Poole, Dorset.
The title of the competition is the ‘Win Paris’ competition.
From 4th February to 13th February 2020 we will open entries to the Runderwear Win Paris competition. One person will win a standard entry to the 2020 Paris Marathon. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.
- HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
2.1 The competition will run from 00:01 on 4th February 2020 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 13th February 2020 (the “Closing Date”).
2.2 No purchase necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
2.3 To enter the competition:
2.3.1 Enter your First Name, Last Name and Email Address into the form on the competition landing page at www.runderwear.co.uk/winparis.
2.4 Any competition entries shared after the Closing Date are not eligible to win the competition.
2.4.1 By submitting your entry, you agree (a) that the Promoter may make your entry available in any media and in connection with any publicity of the competition and you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes, and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.4.3 The prize of 1x standard entry in the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon is arranged by Sports Tours International.
2.4.4 By entering this competition you give permission for Runderwear™ to pass the winner's details on to Sports Tours International in order to fulfil the prize. Your details will only be stored and/or used for this purpose unless you give explicit permission to be contacted for marketing purposes.
2.4.5 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon. All competition questions should be forwarded to hello@runderwear.co.uk
- ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference
3.3 Employees of Runderwear, their families, and Runderwear stockists, are not eligible to enter the competition
3.4 Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Runderwear’s sole discretion.
3.5 Only entries that have been completed in full with the entry mechanic will be entered into the competition. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE
4.1 The winner will be selected within 7 working days of the competition period ending. The Promoter will contact the winner via email, as soon as is practicable after the winner is selected.
4.2 The winner will be randomly selected by the Runderwear team, using random number generator www.random.org.
4.3 There will be one winner in this competition.
4.4 The prize is a place for one person to run the 2020 Schneider Electric Paris Marathon on 5th April.
4.5 The winner will be given 5 working days to respond to their initial winner communication. In the event that the winner has not responded within 5 working days then the winner shall forfeit their prize and the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
4.6 There is no cash alternative for the prize, and provision of the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
4.7 The Promoter's sole responsibility is in arranging for the supplier 'Sports Tours International' to supply the winner with the prize. No travel, accommodation, or incidental costs/expenses incurred will form part of this prize.
4.8 The Promoter is not responsible for any accident or injury occurring to the winner of this competition as a direct or indirect result of winning this prize.
- DATA PROTECTION
By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Promoter for future marketing communications and by its agents and suppliers for the purposes of administering the competition.
- GENERAL
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
