I found them very mostly comfortable and I'm sure would work for most women but there were two slight flaws that make them impractical for long runs.
1) I work out with heavy weights and my thighs and backside are on the larger side. With this in mind I went for a larger size which was great for my butt but they were far too tight on the thigh where the seam and stay in place strip is at the bottom. A larger size wouldn't have fit my waist. It doesn't look very attractive and it starts to be uncomfortable after a while.
2) the back pocket doesn't protect the phone from sweat so I occasionally find that I have to wireless charge my phone for a day while the phone charge port dries itself out.

Tried these shorts out on my first 10k after an injury. They are fab. So comfy, stay in place (none of that hauling up the waistband every 5 mins). Would highly recommend them. I’m a size 10/12 so went for medium size and they were a good fit. Also like the back pocket for your phone, key etc. Money well spent and even better if you wear them with the anti running VPL hipster

I don’t usually write reviews but actually feel I have to. These shorts are fab. I normally can’t get away with high waisted shorts as they always roll down but these actually stay put. Not once on my 5 mile run did I have to adjust them. Great fit and a good size pocket at the back. Highly recommend

These shorts are so comfy for working out and running. I wore them for a 12 mile run on Kinder Scout in the Peak District this morning and they felt so great! The material is really soft, and the fit feels perfect. I'm usually a size 10 for shorts/trousers and these are perfect in a Medium size. I used the Runderwear size chart to help me decide. I've just bought another pair so that I have a spare when they are in the wash.

I am a convert to these shorts. They are so comfy and secure. When I first got them out of the packet I was concerned by how small they looked (I ordered a size M) but they are super stretchy and provide good leg coverage. Best of all they don't sag down, ride up or basically move at all while you're wearing them. Love the high waist meaning my tummy feels tucked in and secure. I am already planning to buy a second pair!
