With Christmas festivities in full swing, most of us are eating and drinking much more than usual (rightly so!). But amongst all the festive fun it can be really tricky to maintain any sort of exercise routine, which if you’re anything like us can leave you feeling a bit sluggish and out of sync.
As a team we’ve decided not to wait for January, we’re committing to 12 Days of Fitness in the lead up to Christmas – and we’d love for you to join us!
To make things really easy, runderwear Co-Founder and CEO, Rich, has recorded a short workout which we’ll be following over the next 12 Days. This is something you can do with no equipment, first thing in the morning, on your lunch break with colleagues, or at the end of the day – it’s a quick, convenient workout that can be adjusted to suit your ability and goals on the go.
The challenge
Head over to the runderwear Instagram to watch Co-Founder and CEO, Rich, talk through each exercise and how to make it work for you. This is a workout that can be adapted to suit everyone, so for some of you that might mean completing one of the below exercises per day, for others you might build up until you complete the full workout (shown below), on the final day.
