We’re committed to you getting products that make you smile when you exercise! We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unworn products for up to 30 days after you’ve purchased direct from our site. Our returns policy is extended to 60 days during November and December to cover holiday shopping and gifts. As our products generally come in to contact with some “sensitive areas” – we can’t accept returns on any underwear that has been tried on! Our returns for non-UK customers are provided by our partner Global-e & DHL.
Whilst we do not offer free returns outside of the UK at the moment, we do offer low-cost pre-paid returns options via DHL (Economy and Express) which are both fully tracked. Your returns cost will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose these options.
Please return your item to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.
