The Wolverine contest “The Contest” is open solely for residents of the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Finland, age 18 and older at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, including respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates; individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Contest; suppliers, distributors and individuals who are employees of or members of the immediate family or household, whether or not related, of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter to win.

Contest Details:

The contest will begin on or about [05/05/2021 3PM GMT] and end on or about [10/05/2021 3PM GMT] “The Promotion Period”.

HOW TO ENTER - UPON ENTRY THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry via Instagram

During the Promotion Period participants are able to place a comment under the original Promotion Post of the owner of the account “the Promoting Party”. It is required that participants follow the Instagram channels @merrelleu and @teamrunderwear, and tag one (1) friend.
You may only use one (1) instagram account to participate in the Contest. Each comment under the Promotion Post counts as one entry, extra entries can be placed via Story reshare. It is not allowed to place another entry comment under another Promotional Post for the same Contest. Comments can be placed until [9/05/2021 3PM GMT] “the Closing Time”. Comments placed after the Closing Time are not eligible to win.

Winner Selection

Participants will be evaluated and winners will be selected by the owner of the posting account of the respective Promotional Post “The Promoting Party” with support from an independent person from the Sponsor's side (“Administrator”). From all eligible comments on the Promotional Post, the Promoting Party and Administrator, will select the winner at random. Two winners will be chosen (the entrant and their tagged friend) across both Promotional Posts.
The Promoting Party and/or the Administrator shall notify and contact the winners within 48 hours after the Closing Time. The Promoting Party and/or the Administrator will contact the winners via a private message by @merrelleu with the username used to comment on the Promotional Post. The winners will be eligible for one (1) pair of Merrell Moab Flight and a Runderwear £100 voucher each. They will be asked to provide their delivery information (the chosen shoe size must be in stock), and the shoe order and voucher will be delivered to them.
It is recommended that you confirm your Instagram notification settings are turned on and your Instagram account is not set to "protected mode," or “private.”

Announcing winners

Winners will be publicly announced in an update on the original Promotional Post by the Promoting Party within 48 hours of the Closing Time.
