Black Friday & Christmas Gift Returns

For purchases made in November and December you can return these items up until the end of January 2022. We only ask that products be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that any item in your order is faulty or defective, we will replace or refund the value of these products within the first 30 days of purchase. Please email the Customer Care team with your order details via hello@runderwear.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in getting any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

To complete any return or replacement – proof of purchase will be required (order reference number).
